WOD: 5-14-13

Strength: 4 sets to go as heavy as possible:

2 Power Snatch
3 Overhead Squats

Must all be done without letting go of the bar

WOD L1: 3 rounds for time:

10 Power Snatch (95/65)
20 Front Squats (95/65)
50 Double Unders

WOD L2: 3 rounds for time:

10 Power Snatch (115/75)
14 Overhead Squat (115/75)
50 Double Unders


That’s what I thought…

This workout will be easy…everyone knows that.  Especially if you try to do all of the Front/Overhead Squats unbroken.  Old news.  What may not appear so easy is the fact that in order to perform the L2 workout today, you must first qualify for it.  The strength portion of the day will serve as the testing ground for whether or not you should be doing the L1 or the L2 WOD.  If you can manage to get 115/75 or better for all of the strength complex lifts, than feel free to enjoy the heavier Snatch with the heavier Overhead Squats.  If you do not, you have to settle for doing nothing*.
